We operate on a cashless payment basis.
To make payments more convenient, we are happy for customers to set up a Direct Debit with us, so that we can securely collect payments after each service. Direct Debits are powered by GoCardless.
Alternatively, it is possible to pay via bank transfer, set up a standing order or pay via a payment link through NatWest Payit.

Why don’t you dry the windows after you have cleaned them?
The pure water that we use to clean and rinse your windows does not require drying as it is completely free of impurities and will not leave limescale residue or marks that would normally be left by tap water (especially in hard water areas).
Is it a waste of time to have my windows cleaned in poor weather?
The idea that “cleaning windows in the rain is pointless”, is actually a myth. Rainwater is much purer and cleaner than tap water – usually it will not leave any trace when dry. The issue arises when water runs down onto the windows from dirty window frames or when dirt from the atmosphere is blown onto the windows by the wind. Frames and windows are thoroughly cleaned using pure water as part of our window cleaning services and the same sparkling results are achieved regardless of the weather. It’s not necessary for you to be present, but we ask that you do provide access to clean any required windows. We can coordinate with you to ensure a convenient and smooth service.
Can you remove hard water stains and mineral deposits from windows?
Absolutely. Hard water stains and mineral deposits require a chemical approach to clean properly. We are able to use specialised techniques and products to restore the clarity of your windows by removing hard water stains, mineral deposits, and other stubborn contaminants. These can be discussed should they be required.
